Caimari is one of the municipalities in Mallorca that boasts the most olive groves and a tradition of olive oil production. Its fair brings together the best of the olive oil sector at the foot of the Serra de Tramuntana mountain range. Olives of different flavours and aromas, cakes, bread and even handcrafted articles made from olive wood are some of the great attractions of the Fira de s’Oliva de Caimari.
