Zaranda

It is the only place on the island that has accumulated two Michelin stars. However, currently Fernando Pérez Arellano’s team is temporarily closed due to the health crisis. The restaurant opened its doors in 2005 in Madrid and in just one year it won its first award. Five years later, Zaranda’s gastronomic concept moved to Mallorca, where the chef’s personal style was awarded for the second time in 2016. We hope that he will soon reopen his kitchens.
