Until November 28, 34 bars and restaurants will offer cocktails and tapas on the Tapalma 2021 route. Arrocería El Puente, Bar Bosch, Bar Espanya, Bistro Esencia, Blat al Sac, Boira, Buades Tapas and Wine Tasting, El Bandarra, Emblemàtic Café, Il Forno Citta, Katagi Blau, Kenzo, La Bodegona, La Consentida, La Despensa del Barón, La Trastienda, Maleva Marítim, Maleva Raimundo, Menjaibeu, Burger La Taberna (Mercat 1930), Cocina Mexicana 1930 (Mercat 1930), Dim Sum 1930 (Mercat 1930), El Rincón del Torreón (Mercat 1930), La Boutique del Tartar (Mercat 1930), Ostras Pedrín (Mercat 1930), Sushi (Mercat 1930), Mediterranean Tapas (Mercat 1930), Thai & Wok (Mercat 1930) , Oxley Smoked & Grill, Prosecco Santa Catalina, Rosa del Mar, Ses Coves de Gènova, Shaka and Unoctavo are the establishments that are part of this gastronomic tour, a classic of the city.

During the inauguration, Elena Navarro, Councilor for Tourism of the Palma City Council, stated that “thank you for giving life to the city and congratulations to all the participating establishments of TaPalma 2021, the city is proud that things are happening. Good gastronomy is Fashion”.

Andreu Serra, Minister of Tourism of the Consell de Mallorca explained that “it is time to taste, smell and savor TaPalma 2021 in each of the establishments and enjoy the high level of gastronomy that we have”.

In addition, the minister has taken the opportunity to claim that “we are in a very difficult time and we still have many ghosts that we have to appease, so we have to get vaccinated to enjoy the restaurants safely”.

While Alfonso Robledo, president of Restauración Caeb, recalled that “TaPalma is done in the worst week of the year to move both the hotel and restaurant business and the commerce of Palma”, and has invited citizens to enjoy tapas and cocktails from the 34 establishments participating in this edition.

For his part, Gustavo Guidobono, general manager of the Iberostar Selection Llaut Palma 5 * and Katagi Blau, has assured that “they are very happy with the award obtained in TaPalma” and has encouraged all attendees to participate in the route.

The Palma chef Tito Verger, from the Rosa del Mar restaurant, has won the TaPalma de Oro 2021 award for the creation of his «Fried Buñuelo en Corea». In the Thematic Cover category, the Arrocería El Puente restaurant with chef Quique Erazo has won gold thanks to «Coca-Nnoli». As for the cocktail contest, the winner of the Golden Cocktail was Fernando Calderón from Katagi Blau for his cocktail «Tanjo El Nacimiento».
