The sixth edition of the Cursa Popular Palmadona will be held on 5th March at 12 noon in the Parque de sa Riera with a 2.3 and 4.5 km urban circuit. Fira activities begin on Saturday 4 March

Once again this year, Palma City Council and the Institut Municipal de l’Esport are organising the Cursa Popular Palmadona, the free fun run that is now in its sixth year as a tribute to women and their important presence in sport. Last year it was attended by more than 2,000 runners. It is one of the events organised by the council to mark Women’s Day, which is celebrated on 8 March.

  • Registration for the race is completely free, open to women and men of all ages. Minors must be accompanied by an adult. You can participate by running, walking, Nordic walking, alone or as a family.
  • The collection of race-bibs and T-shirts will take place on Saturday 4th March, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. in the marquee set up in Sa Riera Park (on the day of the race, Sunday 5th March, there will be no registration and no race-bibs will be handed out).
