The FIFA World Cup trophy will be on display in Palma on 29, 30 and 31 October 2026. The trophy can be viewed free of charge in the entrance hall of the Ajuntament de Palma on the first two days, while on Saturday it will be moved to the Son Malferit football ground for an event aimed at registered football clubs.

The trophy arrives in Palma after the Spanish national team won its second FIFA World Cup on 19 July, defeating Argentina 1–0 in the final held in New Jersey. Spain thus added another title to the one it won in South Africa in 2010.
The initiative is jointly organised by the Ajuntament de Palma, the Federació de Futbol de les Illes Balears (FFIB) and the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF).
Where to see the World Cup trophy in Palma: dates and opening hours
The trophy will be on display in the entrance hall of the Ajuntament de Palma, in plaça de Cort, over two days when it will be open to the public:
- Thursday 29 October: 09:00 to 13:00 and 15:00 to 20:00.
- Friday 30 October: 10:00 to 20:00.
The exhibition gives visitors the opportunity to see one of international football’s most recognisable trophies up close.
Football club event at Son Malferit
On Saturday 31 October, the World Cup trophy will be moved to the Son Malferit football ground, where an event for registered football clubs in Mallorca will take place.
The event runs from 11:00 to 20:00 and will allow participating teams to have a group photograph taken with the trophy.
Unlike the exhibition at the Ajuntament de Palma on 29 and 30 October, which is open to everyone, this final day’s event is reserved for registered football clubs.
