It opened its doors on April 16 and is already a recognized corner. Suculenta brings together residents and visitors on a daily basis at the Marina Tramontana dock in Port de Sóller. Javier Bermudo lights the stoves on time with the purpose of delighting his guests with homemade dishes, made from local products, with “an elaboration that evokes the return to the origin of life, to the fire, to the wood”. The fresh food predominates in Suculenta’s menu, which also offers incredible views from its facilities by the sea.
