The Binissalem’s Grape Harvest Festival 2024 promise a week full of exciting events and activities for everyone. A complete program organized by days and times can be found below. This year’s motto, “Open to culture, heritage, and enology,” comes to life in every event of the 58th Vermar Festival 2024. The wines of Binissalem, renowned for their prestige both in Mallorca and beyond, are compared with the best in the world. Celebrating 58 years of this festival, Mayor J. Víctor Martí states, “The town opens its doors to all to remember our winemaking past and project a future of quality and excellence.”

There will be dances at the exit on Carrer Bonaire, in front of Can Novell, at Plaça Quartera, Plaça Església, and Plaça dels Metge Borràs.
Organized by Tall de Vermadors, Amics dels Cavalls, and Associació Arròs amb Salseta.

19:30. Reception of the Vermadores and Vermadors

At the Town Hall.
Afterward, the committee, the Welcome to Sa Vermada group, and the Xeremiers of Binissalem will head to the church for the Band Sashing Ceremony for the Vermadors and Vermadores.

Festival speech by Joan Perelló Bestard, with a performance by the 3×4 Choir under the direction of Antònia Borràs.

Duo RiVallval. Aina Pons and Xisca Rubí will open the Sa Vermada concert. Then, Binigaus Simfònic. The Binissalem Music Band, together with the Migjorn Gran Music Band, the Mercadal Music Band, and The Binigaus Band, will present the Sa Vermada Concert.

LXX Homage to the Elderly

At 10:30 Gathering in front of the Town Hall. Then, we will all head to the church together, accompanied by the Xeremiers of Binissalem and the giants Jaume and Aina.
At 11:00 Honor mass for our grandparents, officiated by Mn. Tomeu Villallonga and in memory of the elderly who are no longer with us. With performances by the Tall de Vermadors, Maria Cànoves, and the giants Jaume and Aina. The event will be presented by Marina Valcaneras Bauçà and Sophia Fabrizio.
Afterward, lunch for the honorees in the Covered Patio of the Graduated School.

At the church of Santa Maria de Robines, officiated by the Most Reverend Sebastián Taltavull. Offering dance by the Tall de Vermadors.

Offering to Santa Maria de Robines

of the new must by the Vermadors and Vermadores of 2023.
Dance of the giants Jaume and Aina, accompanied by the Xeremiers of Binissalem. Performance by the Tall de Vermadors and María Cànoves. The event will be presented by Nofre Pasqual. La Balanguera and the Binissalem anthem will be sung.

The XIX Wine Fair continues
Organized by the Agrupació de Fires i Festes de Binissalem. Sponsored by Binissalem Town Hall.

19:00. With the goal of encouraging people to wear traditional payés/payesa attire on Sa Vermada Sunday, everyone—young and old—is invited to dress in traditional clothing that evening, in front of Sa Rectoria, for the end-of-festival group photo.
Afterward, a popular dance with the groups Sa Revetla and Galivança.
