Official presentation of the Fira de la Sípia 2024 poster
The mayoress of Alcúdia, Fina Linares, accompanied by the councillor in charge of fairs, Azahara Machado, announced the poster for the 18th edition of the Fira Nàutica i Mostra Gastronòmica de la sípia on 18th March.
This is what the 2023 edition was like
In 2023, local chefs once again displayed their creativity in Port d’Alcúdia with a wide variety of dishes, including the classics: grilled cuttlefish, stuffed cuttlefish and black rice with cuttlefish, which were combined with other typical dishes from the island. In the last edition, there were also boat exhibitions, nautical activities and musical entertainment.
