From the 12th of February until the 18th of March, Palma City Council is promoting the PalmaActiva 2024 Employment Month. An event eagerly awaited by those seeking to enter or progress in Mallorca’s job market. During this period, the PalmaActiva headquarters, located at Calle Socors, 22, is hosting more than 38 companies determined to hire staff, offering a total of 1,353 jobs.
How does Employment Month 2024 work?
During PalmaActiva 2024’s Employment Month, short interviews will be held between companies and applicants. In this way, companies have the opportunity to interview multiple candidates in a single day. It is important to note that those interested in participating in the interviews must register for each day on which they wish to take part, and must attend the reserved time slot (at 9:00, 11:00 or 13:00). Registrations for companies will be opened one week in advance. In addition, jobseekers should bring their printed or downloaded ticket on their mobile phone so that they can read the QR code.
To get the most out of these days, PalmaActiva recommends that job seekers organise their agenda for the days of the interviews, prepare for the meetings and improve their CVs at the Placement Agency.
All interviews will be held at the PalmaActiva headquarters, at Calle Socors 22. The Town Hall recommends the use of public transport to get to PalmaActiva, using bus lines 4, 23, 25, 31, 35, 47 and 504.
