A total of 4,818 people have enjoyed the concerts and activities of the Jazz Palma 2022 festival, organized by the Department of Culture of the Palma City Council and which has been carried out from February 4 to 13.

“We recovered the festival thirty years later and now it is a consolidated event that can be enjoyed at the Xesc Forteza municipal theater and in the squares and streets of Palma’s neighbourhoods”, highlighted the Deputy Mayor for Culture and Social Welfare, Antoni Noguera , in addition to making clear the satisfaction of the team in the area for these participation figures.

The concerts of the first weekend of the festival had 2,500 attendees, while the last weekend ended with 1,143 spectators. The Dones&Jazz cycle, with three performances at Can Balaguer, had an audience of 225 people.

The Chick Corea tribute concert held at the Palau de Congressos on February 10 was attended by 600 people. On the other hand, the talk and the concert that took place in the Juan XXIII Passage in collaboration with the Febrer Negre festival had 100 attendees. In addition, the performance of Andreu Galmés in the Krekovic park brought together 250 attendees.
