The Consell de Mallorca has announced an investment of €16 million in 2025 to improve the road network of the Serra de Tramuntana, focusing on four of its most iconic roads. These include the Sa Calobra road from the Nuu de la Corbata, the entire Coll de Sóller, the Bunyola-Orient-Alaró road, and the Andratx to Estellencs road, extending to the Banyalbufar crossing. According to the Department of Territory, Mobility and Infrastructure, these roads have gone over two decades without a complete resurfacing. In addition to a new high-quality asphalt, the works will include improvements in safety and accessibility.
