A mountain-grown Monastrell from Alicante, sourced from vineyards with an average age of around 40 years and aged for six months in barrel. It offers ripe fruit, good freshness and a direct, flavoursome and balanced Mediterranean profile. A red wine with character, yet easy to enjoy.

CEPA GAVILÁN CRIANZA 2023
Viña Pedrosa / D.O. Ribera del Duero / €13
The most accessible wine from one of Ribera del Duero’s classic wineries. Made with Tinto Fino and aged for 12 months in French and American oak, it offers black fruit, spicy notes and a fresh, savoury palate. A reliable crianza with excellent value for money.

ORIGINAL MUSCAT

A dry white wine made with Muscat, a grape variety that here expresses itself with a highly distinctive, fresh and aromatic profile. Pale yellow in colour with greenish reflections, it offers delicate notes of ripe grape and a smooth, balanced and persistent palate.

VALMASÌA
La Tunella / Colli Orientali del Friuli DOC / €14
An Italian white wine made with Malvasia in the Friuli region. It presents aromas of white fruit, flowers and light citrus nuances. On the palate, it combines volume, freshness and a lively finish, with good acidity. Versatile and elegant, it pairs well with fish, soft cheeses and aperitifs.

ERBA

A rosé made with Tempranillo in Alba de Cerrato, inspired by the local tradition of the Cerrato “jerbas”. Clean and bright in colour, it is fresh, lively and balanced, with well-integrated acidity and alcohol. A distinctive proposal with a rural identity.

AURORUM

An organic Merlot rosé aged for six months in French oak foudre. Pale salmon in colour, it reveals aromas of redcurrant, red cherry, flowers and Mediterranean herbs. On the palate, it is broad, fresh and gastronomic, with vibrant acidity and a persistent, rounded finish.

BERLUCCHI ’61 BRUT
Guido Berlucchi / Franciacorta DOCG / €28
An Italian sparkling wine made mainly with Chardonnay and Pinot Nero. Straw yellow in colour with fine bubbles, it offers a fresh, balanced and elegant profile. It is versatile as an aperitif and also pairs well with seafood, fish, fried dishes and Mediterranean cuisine.

MISS VERMUT

Named Best Vermouth in the Balearic Islands 2025, it is made with a Malvasia base from Vinyes Mortitx. Macerated with botanicals such as wormwood, grapefruit, myrtle, anise, lemon verbena, cinnamon, clove and cardamom, it offers a bitter, fruity and Mediterranean profile.

VERMUT BLANCO EL VICENÇ

Born from Premsal Blanc grapes grown in the winery’s own vineyards, this white vermouth incorporates 19 botanicals selected by La Vermutera. Straw yellow in colour, it stands out for its aromas of sweet herbs, star anise, lemon verbena, cinchona and angelica.
