The awaited Three Kings Parade of Palma 2024 is ready. As tradition dictates, their Majesties from the East will arrive at 6 pm at the Moll Vell de Ciutat aboard the llaüt La Balear. The boat celebrates its centenary this year. Then, they will begin a spectacular tour through the streets of the Mallorcan capital. This year also expects to throw more than 2,000 kilos of candy.

The Three Kings Parade 2024 arrives in Palma this year loaded, not only with gifts, but also with surprises. It will have 14 floats, one more than last year, accompanied by 450 artists, under the theme of the Nativity of Jesus.

This 2024 the parade incorporates the float of the Betlem de la Sang and the neules: they want to reflect the rich traditions of Mallorca. Actors, artisans and architects will decorate the floats. These will join the 23 groups that accompany the parade with dancers, actors, singers, musicians, stilt walkers, circus performers and drummers. Among which stands out the one that will precede the float of the Betlem de la Sang. Another surprise is the float of Herald pregoner, which symbolizes the messenger on horseback in charge of announcing news in the past. On this occasion, his mission will be to proclaim the arrival of the Three Wise Men, carrying with him the echo of illusion and joy. The floats of the pilgrim merchants, of the jars and amphorae and of the three camels are also outstanding novelties this year.

Prior to the celebration of the parade will take place the arrival of the royal pages on January 3 at 11.30 to the Plaça de Cort to collect all the letters that have been deposited in the mailbox installed in the hallway of the City Council, an act that will be enlivened by the artist Maria Bimbolles from 11.00 am.

It is recalled that the tour will be broadcast live on IB3 TV.

Route of the Three Kings Parade 2024

The start of the route will be the Moll Vell, where, at 18:00 hours, the Three Kings will await the local authorities for a brief but emotional speech.

From this point, the magical itinerary will continue towards Avenida Antoni Maura, passing through Plaza de la Reina and Jaume I, to finally reach the Rambla.

There this year will be an extended route to the end of the Rambla, connecting with Avenida Alemania and will continue to Paseo Mallorca. The route will continue along Jaime III Street to the Plaza de la Reina, where some floats will head to the Moll Vell and others will head towards the Plaza de Cort, which will be the last point of the parade. This marks one of the main novelties compared to previous years, as it used to end at the Casal Solleric.
