Rodrigo Cuevas and Queralt Lahoz head the programme of La Lluna en Vers 2023, a cultural festival that combines roots, song, poetry, literature and theatre
La Lluna en Vers will be held from 17 June to 2 September with a total of 14 events combining roots, song, poetry, literature and theatre. This year with two high-level headliners: Rodrigo Cuevas and Queralt Lahoz.
La Lluna en Vers 2023 once again displays an eclectic range, with words as the common thread.
The line-up combines local and foreign proposals, including up to 9 premieres in Mallorca.
Rodrigo Cuevas returns after 3 years to La Lluna en Vers to premiere his tour La romería in Mallorca. The artist is cooking up what will be his third studio album, an album that will be accompanied by a new show that, as well as drawing on the songs from the new work, will feature the storytelling, humour, criticism, irony, staging, costumes and playfulness that characterise this artist. Cuevas will share the stage with the Mallorcan Mar Grimalt, who is also presenting a new project, Espurnes i Coralls. The performance will take place on Sunday the 6th of August in Consolació, Sant Joan.
The other headliner is Queralt Lahoz, who will also premiere her show Pureza at La Lluna in Vers, a mixture of Latin, roots and urban sounds. Soul, hip hop and dancehall dialogue with coplas and boleros that emerge spontaneously from her flamenco origins and personal landscapes. The concert will take place on 24th June in Consolació, Sant Joan, in a double concert with the Catalan Ven’nus.

Tickets for La Lluna en Vers 2023 can be purchased through the ticketib.com platform. During the month of April, tickets will be available at a 10% discount.
