At Mallorca Caprice Magazín we are proud to have solidarity clients such as Cap Vermell Group, which has donated a total of 1,328 euros to Sonrisa Médica after concluding its Christmas campaign: the ‘Tree of Desires’.
This charity initiative has been held for the third consecutive year at Cap Vermell Country Club and Park Hyatt Mallorca and has been open to anyone who wants to participate. You only had to go to the reception of the Cap Vermell Country Club (Canyamel) gym or the Park Hyatt Mallorca hotel, request a Christmas application card, write the donation number on it with a wish and, later, hang it on a tree of large dimensions. The non-profit organization chosen this year to get the money raised has been Sonrisa Médica, an entity with a long history whose mission is to bring joy to hospitals to draw smiles on the little ones. Sonrisa Médica has spent 25 years stepping up with children from the Balearic Islands and was a pioneer in the implementation of the Hospital Clown in Spain. Currently it has 20 professional therapeutic clowns in constant artistic, musical, health and psychological training. Those responsible for delivering the check for 1,328 euros have been Jaume García, director of operations for Cap Vermell Group, and Franck Sibille, general manager of Park Hyatt Mallorca.
