Eight renowned chefs from Mallorca will hold a solidarity event in Castell Son Claret on October 31 for the benefit of those affected by the eruption of the La Palma volcano, in the Canary Islands, which began on September 19 last in Cumbre Vieja and which has devastated municipalities and neighborhoods like Todoque.

“Chefs united by La Palma” is the name of the initiative promoted by Pep Forteza, from the Olivera restaurant and Jordi Cantó Castelló, from Sa Clastra.

Nacho Amores, from Ses Oliveres; Jonay Hernández, from La Vieja; Joel Baeza, from Stagier Bar; Toni de Pascual, by Mel; Andrés Benitez, from Botanic, and Miguel Navarro, from Fum, are the other chefs who join the gastronomic proposal.

Located in the beautiful town of Es Capdellà, in the heart of the Serra Tramuntana, Castell Son Claret is an oasis of serenity.

The event starts at 1:30 p.m. and will have limited capacity. Attendees will enjoy a cocktail and dishes prepared by the eight chefs with a drink included for 200 euros.
