Sport joins solidarity and awareness in the Ponle Freno Race in Palma 2024, an event promoted by Atresmedia together with the AXA Foundation that will take to the streets of the city on Sunday 21 April. This initiative not only promotes an active lifestyle, but also seeks to raise awareness about the importance of road safety in our communities.
The mayor of Palma, Jaime Martínez Llabrés, presented the second edition of this Ponle Freno race in Palma. He highlighted its impact beyond the sporting sphere. In addition, Martínez Llabrés underlined the social relevance of this initiative, which tackles one of the main challenges of the 21st century: road safety. After seven years outside the circuit, Palma is proud to join other Spanish capitals in this joint effort.
