The trade association Afedeco is promoting the Scratch and Win campaign in Palma from the 7th to the 20th of November. An action to boost and support retail trade. In order to win a Scratch & Win during the weeks of this campaign, you have to make a purchase in participating establishments for an amount equal to or greater than 20 euros. The shop itself will hand out the cardboard with which you can win very special prizes donated by the shops participating in this action.

For the president of Afedeco, Toni Gayà, the campaign, “as well as boosting sales, was born with the aim of thanking the traders for their daily efforts to keep local shops alive in the run-up to Black Friday and Christmas shopping. We wanted to promote this campaign at this time to, to a certain extent, bring forward the desire to buy”. Afedeco has been supported by the Chamber of Commerce of Mallorca and co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and the Secretary of State for Trade.

Where to get the scratch cards

This programme to support retail trade in Palma takes place in specific streets in Palma around the Mercado del Olivar. Specifically: Caçador, Caputxins, Plaça Comtat del Rosselló, Carrer de la Mercé, Plaça Espanya, Josep Anselm Clavé, Josep Tous Ferrer, Olmos, Plaça de la Porta Pintada, San Miguel, Velázquez and Carrer Vilanova. To find out which shops are taking part, a poster has been placed in each shop to identify the campaign.
