Germans and Spaniards are very even in reservations for Easter, followed at a great distance by the French, British and Italians. The dates where the hotel sales of these loyal customers are maximized, according to the analyzes carried out by the Majorcan technology expert in this matter, Fideltour, are those between April 10 and 18.

By type of guest, just over 54% are couples, 32.4% are families and the ‘single’ profile exceeds 13 out of 100 reservations.

Asked about their interests in the islands by the hotel knowledge and loyalty tool in previous stays, it is noteworthy that 67% look for the ‘adults only’ offer and another 33% want to know the destination’s leisure offer.

Loyal visitors to accommodation in the Balearic Islands and to the destination repeat, above all, in four-star hotels, which is one of the categories of establishment that is most committed to loyalty programs to get its guest to return.
