The Fira de la Sípia 2026 (Cuttlefish Fair) in Alcúdia, also known as the Fira Nàutica i Mostra Gastronòmica de la Sípia, reaches its 20th edition this April. On 17, 18 and 19 April, the Passeig Marítim in Port d’Alcúdia will once again become the focal point of an event that brings together maritime tradition, nautical activity and a wide culinary offering with cuttlefish as the star ingredient.

Throughout the weekend, those who make their way to the port of Alcúdia will be able to sample a wide range of dishes made with this product so closely linked to local cuisine. From more traditional recipes such as classic cuttlefish paella, fideuà or frit to more creative and contemporary options that reinterpret this ingredient in new formats and combinations, such as burgers, cannelloni or burritos.

As in previous years, more than 40 restaurants are taking part in the Fira de la Sípia 2026 in Alcúdia, both in the marquees set up for the occasion and in their own establishments. This offering is complemented by nautical exhibitors, the traditional craft and food market, and a programme of activities designed for all ages, with workshops and specific activities for children.
