The Zafiro Hotels chain organizes a personnel selection process through PalmaActiva with the aim of covering 504 jobs. The conference will take place at the PalmaActiva facilities on March 31 and April 1.

Specifically, the company needs to recruit staff for its hotels in Alcudia, Andratx, Capdepera and Calvià. The selection days are an initiative of PalmaActiva where direct contact is facilitated between people looking for work and those responsible for human resources of companies looking for staff.

Those interested can register on the PalmaActiva website. According to Rodrigo Romero, Councilor for Economic Promotion and Employment, “this is the selection day with the most jobs that we have ever carried out at PalmaActiva, it is the second day that we have organized for Zafiro Hotels, their confidence in our services is proof that these selection days work very well”.

From Zafiro Hotels they highlight the novelty that in some cases “after the interviews some people will already sign the employment contracts”. The sessions will be carried out following all the protection measures indicated, taking into account the space, hand hygiene, personal distance, etc.

During this selection day, PalmaActiva will support Zafiro Hotels during all phases of the process: disseminating the offers on social networks, making the first selection according to the curriculum and quoting the selected people. In addition, it gives a space to carry out the interviews.
