The Consell de Mallorca invests 700,000 euros in different actions in the municipalities of Montuïri, Costitx, Palma and Santa Eugènia

The Department of Mobility and Infrastructures has invested a total of 700,000 euros in various actions in the municipalities of Montuïri, Costitx, Palma and Santa Eugènia. These works have consisted, among other things, of repairing the asphalt on the roads and reinforcing the signposting.

Specifically, on the Ma-3221 in Montuïri, work has been done on the asphalt, the verges have been cleaned and all the horizontal signposting on the road has been replaced. The total budget was 70,526.70 euros.

Likewise, in Costitx, on the Ma-3241, work has been carried out on the asphalt, including horizontal signposting, at a total cost of 58,000 euros.

As for the Ma-3011, on the Palma-Santa Eugènia road, the asphalt has been repaired on several stretches of the road, with a budget of 392,322.49 euros. On the same road, 200 metres of ditches have been adapted and a safety barrier has been installed. In the coming weeks, a series of repairs are scheduled to be carried out on various stretches. The total cost of this project is 158,109.59 euros.

According to the Consell de Mallorca, the aim is to improve the road infrastructure of the island’s secondary network by making a significant maintenance investment.
