Servicios Ferroviarios de Mallorca (SFM) has announced the launch of special reinforced trains during every weekend of December and the first weekend of January 2025, aimed at facilitating public transport during the Christmas season. These additional services will be available between Palma and Inca and will run from Saturday 30th November until Sunday 5th January, coinciding with the celebration of the Three Kings Parade.
In total, 16 special services will be added, increasing the frequency of trains in both directions. There will be eight departures from Palma to Inca, with the first one at 15:25 and the last at 22:25, extending the last departure of the regular weekend service by 15 minutes. From Inca to Palma, the first departure will be at 15:40 and the last at 22:40.
Stops at all intermediate stations between Palma and Inca
The new reinforced trains will stop at all intermediate stations between Palma and Inca, allowing users to enjoy a comfortable and safe alternative to private cars. This measure responds to the increased travel during the Christmas season, helping to encourage the use of public transport, especially on days of higher demand.
