The restaurant, located in Muro and headed by chef Javier Hoebeeck, is characterised by extolling the gastronomy of the islands and offering a culinary experience where the product, memory and influences are the protagonists. The young chef, after entering the list of Michelin-starred restaurants in Mallorca, did not hesitate to dedicate the award to the island itself, his team and his family.
