There are now 11 Michelin-starred restaurants in Mallorca, after the Sa Clastra restaurant in es Capdellà, run by chef Jordi Cantó, was awarded the distinction. He did so at the annual gala of the Michelin Guide, held at the Auditori Fòrum of the Barcelona International Convention Centre. Sa Clastra, located in the Hotel Castell Son Claret, thus joins the list of Michelin-starred restaurants in Mallorca 2023-2024, after the previous edition also saw the restaurant Fusion19, in Muro, by chef Javier Hoebeeck.

Michelin-starred restaurants in Mallorca 2023-2024

Mallorca is left with 11 Michelin-starred restaurants with a total of 12 distinctions because Álvaro Salazar’s Voro has two:

  • Maca de Castro: Port d’Alcúdia. Maca de Castro.
  • Dins: Palma. Santi Taura.
