The Nits d’estiu will be held again in a new edition, as announced by the Consell de Mallorca. This cultural event will take place on 2 and 16 September and will be held on the public estate in the municipality of Bunyola. “Raixa and its historic gardens are open to the public as a centre of culture and a meeting place,” said vice-president Ribot in the Consell’s press release. A total of two cultural events are scheduled for Fridays in September, which this year will be especially dedicated to music.
The ‘Nits d’estiu de Raixa de 2022’ aims to bring the living history of the Raixa public estate closer to the public by adding an artistic and musical value to the audience. The vice-president wanted to stress that the historic Raixa gardens are open to the public as a meeting point and cultural centre in a privileged landscape setting, such as the Tramuntana.
The first cultural event will take place on Friday, September 2nd at 9:00 pm with a concert by Ensamble Tramuntana, presenting Hits del Pop – Beatles and more. The second cultural event will be on Friday 16th September, also at 21:00, with the concert by the baroque orchestra Ars Musicae and their show ‘La Música que feu ballar el rei sol”. It should be remembered that the gates of Raixa will open one hour before the concerts begin to allow those attending to stroll through the gardens of the Tramuntana public estate.
