Fira B! 2026 celebrates its 11th edition in Palma with more than 80 artistic events divided into two major programmes. The performing arts will take over the city from 30 September to 3 October, while the music programme will run from 4 to 7 November.

The programme will combine theatre, dance, new forms of performance and concerts at different venues across Palma. The festival therefore maintains its dual focus: a programme open to the public and a professional meeting point aimed at helping artists and companies from the Balearic Islands gain exposure on national and international circuits.
Fira B! 2026 Performing Arts: more than 30 theatre, dance and new performance proposals
The first part of the Fira B! programme will be dedicated to the performing arts, with more than 30 theatre, dance and new performance proposals over four days at different venues across Palma.
The opening will take place on Wednesday, 30 September, in the Sala Gran at Teatre Principal with L’arquitecte (The Architect), by Produccions de Ferro. Over the following days, performances will be held at venues including Es Baluard Museu, Teatre Municipal Xesc Forteza, Teatre Municipal Maruja Alfaro, Teatre del Mar, Ses Voltes and the Basílica de Sant Francesc.
The programme includes L’amor, la set (Love, Thirst), Sacrifici (Sacrifice), Los muchísimos (The Many), Bachata, Sa varietat en sa locura (Variety in Madness), Paraules delicades (Delicate Words) and Retaule en dues parts (Altarpiece in Two Parts). One of this year’s focuses will be on the Basque Country, with three contemporary dance pieces resulting from a collaboration with LABO XL. Companies from France and Germany will also take part.
Nearly 60 concerts
The second part, Fira B! Música (Fira B! Music), will take place from 4 to 7 November and bring together nearly 60 musical performances spanning different styles and origins. Concerts will be held at several venues across Palma.
Teatre Municipal Xesc Forteza will open the music programme on 4 November with artists from the Balearic Islands and international projects. Over the following days, the main venues will be Es Gremi, Es Baluard Museu and Motorworld Mallorca. Artists on the programme include Anna Ferrer, Clara Gorrias, Catuxa Salom, Arantxa Andreu, Pitxorines, The Crab Apples, Laura Marchal, Juanjo Monserrat and Zulu Zulu.
Italy will be the guest country for the music programme, with a particular focus on Emilia-Romagna and Apulia. Latin American artists will also take part and, for the first time, the I Encuentro Iberoamericano de Jazz y Músicas Improvisadas (1st Ibero-American Meeting of Jazz and Improvised Music) will be held on 4 November at Teatre Municipal Xesc Forteza.
