Every year, on the second weekend of March the Puerto Portals Classic Rally returns. The seventeenth edition will be held on March 11, 12 and 13 and will feature more than 70 high-end classic vehicles, which will travel the impressive curves of Cabo de Formentor and Sa Calobra, among other emblematic places of the island.
The event, which annually attracts riders from all over Europe who usually repeat and for which more than 150 professionals work, has become a benchmark on the European classic rally circuits. The sections of the race –among the best in the world– and the participation of the best automotive drivers have been key to its excellent positioning worldwide.

This was the 2020 edition
In the XVI Classic Rally, which came to an end a day earlier than planned due to COVID-19, the young British driver Seb Pérez was proclaimed champion after leading the two days with his 1975 Porsche Carrera RS. The teams completed the podium Germans made up of Oberdorster / Oberdorster and Becker / Hochwelle, while a Spanish team (Nadal Galiana and Gabriel Flores) took fourth place with their 1976 Ford Escort.
