Son Dureta has eight new lines of vaccination against COVID-19 in operation. With these new lines, the vaccination point has sixteen lines and a capacity to vaccinate around 5,000 people a day. Vaccination hours are from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Starting today, a team made up of a health worker and a nurse from the Army will join the vaccination tasks at this point. In this way there will be a total of 7 teams that the Ministry of Defense has contributed to help with vaccination tasks in the Balearic Islands.
Through BitCita you can request an appointment at the following vaccination points: in Mallorca, Hospital Son Dureta and Espai Francesc Quetglas (Palma); in Menorca vaccination is given in health centers and at the Mateu Orfila Hospital; In the Pitiusas, the vaccines are administered at the Can Misses Hospital, at the Sant Antoni de Portmany, Vila and Santa Eulària des Riu health centers and at the Formentera Hospital.
