Còmic Nostrum 2023 celebrates the world of comics in Palma from 19th to 23rd October. The Casal Solleric and the Centro Cultural La Misericòrdia in Palma will be the two main venues for the event. Four days during which the extensive programme of the Festival Internacional de Cómic de Mallorca (International Comic Strip Festival of Mallorca) will be held. With more than 10 guest authors from the current scene, numerous exhibitions, talks, etc. In addition, the weekend will be the time to hold the Pop Up Comic Market.

Before Comic Nostrum 2023 opens in Palma on Thursday the 19th, events are taking place prior to the main part of the programme. From the 2nd of October you can see “Weniger Ist Mehr”, by Gonzalo Aeneas, at El Mirador – Calle Set Cantons, 6 – until the 31st of October. Also the group exhibition “¿Menos es más?”, which opens on Wednesday 11th October with works by Ata, Manuel Calvo, Canizales, Pato Conde, Álex Fito, Flavia Gargiulo, Gabo Golomb, Pere Joan, Enriqueta Llorca, Jaume Martí, Marta Masana, Max, Feliu Renom, Tomeu Riera, Bartolomé Seguí, Tatúm, Nívola Uyá, Rafel Vaquer and Margalida Vinyes. It will be held in the Rita bar, Plaça de Llorenç Bisbal, and can be visited until December.
Another of the exhibitions around Comic Nostrum 2023 is “Sellos de cómic” (Comic stamps), from 9th October to 18th November at the Palma public library “Can Sales”. Finally, “Pencil, eraser and superheroes”, by Paco Díaz, on the ground floor of La Misericòrdia, from 11th October to 18th November.
