The Cinema a la Fresca de Palma 2023 will screen 12 films at two new venues. The 2023 al fresco cinema programme leaves Ses Voltes and moves to two new locations: Saixina Feixina and Ses Estacions Park. In this way, the new edition of the successful event seeks to bring cinema even closer to the citizens. Never before has any film screening of these technical and logistical conditions been held in these venues. Nevertheless, the City Council is confident that the traditional Cinema a la Fresca de Palma will be a new success in 2023, as both are two emblematic places in the city full of life and greenery. Another important new feature of the Cinema a la Fresca de Palma 2023 cycle is the days on which films are screened. Mondays have been incorporated to make it easier for the public to avoid conflicts of interest when attending the numerous weekend activities. Thus, weekly screenings will be held on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays during the month of August, at 9:30 pm at Ses Estacions and at 9:00 pm at Sa Feixina. To attend the screenings, attendees can bring their own seat, as the Town Hall provides 500 seats that can be easily occupied.
Cinema a la Fresca Palma 2023 Programme
The programme of the Cinema a la Fresca Palma 2023 season includes different film themes. The organisers are trying to offer variety for all audiences. Thus, the programme includes hits from last season, family films, films for young people, films for film buffs and films in a multitude of languages. In addition, in some cases there will be live DJ music thanks to a collaboration with Inselradio.

Practical information
The screenings in the Parc de les Estacions will be at 21:30 on the 7th, 8th, 9th, 14th, 15th and 16th, while in Sa Feixina they will begin at 21:00 on the 21st, 22nd, 23rd, 28th, 29th and 30th. Since the summer of 1987, Palma has been enjoying a Cinema a la Fresca programme with a high level of citizen participation.
