Palma Circ 2026 brings together 25 Mallorcan, Spanish and international artists on 10 and 11 October with a programme of free shows for all audiences. Acrobatics, juggling, parkour, dance, clowning, fire and LED technology will take over plaça de les Columnes (plaça de Francesc Garcia i Orell), plaça de Pere Garau and ses Voltes.

The sixth edition of the festival includes contemporary circus, street shows and a school circus showcase. Other highlights include the new circus of Mongolia and a major evening show in Pere Garau.
The Director-General for Music and Performing Arts, Rafel Brunet, describes Palma Circ as a “cultural, recreational and festive” event that celebrates the heritage and legacy of the circus. According to Brunet, the genre retains its ability to captivate audiences through “innovation, enthusiasm, technique and virtuosity“.

Saturday 10 October
The programme begins in plaça de les Columnes with three free shows.
- 11:00 – Génesis. Paloma Farga and Keyla Xuan de Blas combine partner acrobatics, contortion, hula hoop, dance and comedy in a contemporary circus show.
Duration: 50 minutes. - 12:00 – Jump y Olé (Jump and Olé). Adrián Ruiz combines acrobatics, parkour and humour in a dynamic and interactive street show that invites the audience to become part of the experience.
Duration: 40 minutes. - 13:00 – Mongolia Legacy. Altan Orgil Shine Oyut, Erkhembaatar Davaadalai, Otonbayar Naranjavkhlan and Otonbayar Erdem Undrakh bring the new circus of Mongolia to Palma. Acrobatics, balance, strength and precision showcase the legacy of one of the world’s great circus traditions.

The programme continues in the evening in plaça de Pere Garau:
- 21:00 – Circ de Nit – Vórtice, fuego y luz en movimiento (Night Circus – Vortex, Fire and Light in Motion). Alessio Paoletti, Lyubomir Vasilev, Mauro Saromé, Nohemi Requena, Paola Rocca, Pedro Lesser, Pilar Segura and Ricardo Nunes transform the square into a world of fire, light and movement. Juggling, acrobatics, music, fire and LED technology come together in a visual spectacle for all audiences.
Sunday 11 October
Palma Circ moves to ses Voltes:
- 10:00 to 14:00 – Circ Obert – Mostra de Circ Escolar (Open Circus – School Circus Showcase). Children and young people from different schools showcase their skills and creations through acrobatics, balancing, juggling, movement and play.
- 14:00 – Dynamic Explosion. Armando Leon, Diomar Rodríguez, Geovany Mañe and Maikel Suárez combine the chaos of clowns with the precision of acrobats. Humour, imbalance and acrobatics shape a story about cooperation and the unexpected.
Duration: 50 minutes. - 16:00 – Circular Circus. Ángeles Abenza Moya and Javier Alonso present an interactive street show featuring juggling, hula hoop, lollipop, acrobatics, clowning and partner routines.
Duration: 50 minutes. - 17:00 – Soul of Art. Carla Cruz and Judith Villegas combine acrobatics, dance, music and humour in two acts featuring choreography, acrobatic routines and audience participation. Duration: 50 minutes.
- 18:00 – Gran Hotel (Grand Hotel). This Mallorcan production by Aitor Carpio, Alexandra Jane and Bohumil Valla transports audiences to a peculiar 1920s hotel. Glamour, humour and acrobatics take centre stage in a story filled with suitcases, guests and unexpected situations.

All Palma Circ activities scheduled for 10 and 11 October are free.
Palma Circ returns at the end of the year with Elfs, el gran sopar de Nadal (Elves, the Great Christmas Dinner), by Circ Stromboli. Performances will take place on 12 and 13 December at 18:00 at the Teatre Municipal Xesc Forteza. Unlike the October activities, tickets for these performances will cost €10.
