Palma will once again become the main meeting point for the hospitality and foodservice sector in the Balearic Islands with the celebration of Horeca Mallorca 2026, which will take place on 9, 10 and 11 February at the Velòdrom Illes Balears. In its 9th edition, the fair will bring together companies, professionals and institutions from the sector, with a strengthened programme focused on innovation, training and the creation of business opportunities.

The event comes at a key moment for tourism in Mallorca, marked by pressure on the territory, employment seasonality and tightening margins in hotels, restaurants and catering companies. In this context, Horeca Mallorca 2026 consolidates its position as a strategic platform to offer practical solutions, encourage knowledge exchange and help the sector adapt to current and future challenges.
The Horeca Forum, a strategic pillar of the programme

Beyond its exhibition role, the fair strengthens its position as a space where the hospitality business is analysed and transformed. Under the slogan “Driving the future and protecting the past”, Horeca Mallorca 2026 expands its professional content, with special emphasis on the Horeca Forum, which will run throughout the three days of the event in the Sala Palma.
This forum will host conferences, workshops and technical sessions focused on business management, profitability, digitalisation, innovation, sustainability and marketing, key areas for improving the sector’s competitiveness in an increasingly demanding environment.
Exhibition area, competitions and awards at Horeca Mallorca 2026
The fair will maintain its exhibition area as the core of commercial activity, where supplier companies will present products, services and innovations aimed at hotels, restaurants, cafés and catering services. Mallorca will also host the full programme of gastronomic competitions, open to professionals from all the islands and consolidated as one of the event’s most highly attended and media-visible spaces.
Among the planned distinctions are awards such as Emblematic Product, Hotel Commitment, Emblematic Cuisine, Traditional Cuisine, Journalism & Culture, Development & Distribution, Training, Restaurant Commitment, Bartender and the Horeca 2026 Distinction, which recognises a career especially linked to the values of the event.
Mallorca opens the Horeca Balears 2026 calendar
The Mallorca event will mark the start of the Horeca 2026 calendar, which will continue in Eivissa from 4 to 6 March and in Menorca from 17 to 19 March. With institutional backing and the participation of the sector’s main stakeholders, Horeca Mallorca 2026 strengthens its role as a key event for economic development, innovation and employment in Balearic hospitality.
