The trips of the Imserso (Instituto de Mayores y Servicios Sociales) of this season 2023-2024 are paralyzed. They will not begin to be marketed in the coming weeks as planned and, in fact, could be delayed for up to three months. The decision to suspend the tender as a precautionary measure has been taken by the Central Administrative Court of Contractual Resources (TACRC). The organism, which depends on the Treasury, has admitted the petition of the companies that were excluded from the contest and that were against the awarding of all the trips of the Imserso, the three lots, to the Mallorcan group \u00c1voris. The court had a period of five days after the presentation of the allegations to “resolve on whether or not to proceed with the maintenance of the automatic suspension in the event that this has occurred”.
