The Titanic exhibition in Mallorca arrives at the Pueblo Espa\u00f1ol from 5 August. A popular exhibition that brings together original elements of high historical value and recreations of spaces, anecdotes and stories about its sinking. “Titanic: The Reconstruction” has been a great success in other cities in Spain and the story of this ship engages the public in a special way.<\/p>\n

The highlight of the Titanic exhibition in Mallorca is the reconstruction of the ship. It is the largest in the world, measuring 12 metres in length, 4 metres in breadth and 3.7 metres in depth, made to a scale of 1:30. The exhibition will be used to visualise its galleries and cabins. It also shows the differences between the different social classes that embarked on that fateful voyage. Visitors will be able to see objects from the period – from dresses to crockery – and even a replica of the ship’s toilets and the Marconi radiotelegraphy cabin. It was from here that the distress call was broadcast before the sinking on that tragic 15 April 1912.<\/p>\n

To discover the ship’s history in depth, a free audio guide will help visitors become real Titanic crew members without leaving Mallorca. It is included with the ticket, so it is recommended to bring headphones and a mobile phone to access the QR code that you will find in the exhibition.<\/p>\n

Opening times and tickets for the Titanic exhibition<\/h2>\n

The setting for the Titanic exhibition in Mallorca will be the Sala Magma in Palma’s Pueblo Espa\u00f1ol. The exhibition can be visited from 5 August to 24 September 2023. Weekday opening hours are Monday to Friday from 18:00 to 23:00. Saturdays and Sundays, from 11:00 to 14:00 and from 18:00 to 23:00. Access will be closed one hour before closing time.<\/p>\n

Tickets<\/strong> <\/a>for “Titanic: The Reconstruction” in Palma can be purchased at a price of 12 euros for adults. Children between the ages of 5 and 12, as well as senior citizens, have a reduced price of 10 euros. There are also packs with small discounts for families.<\/p>\n
