The Mostra de Cuina de Mallorca brings the Pla i Raiguer Route, which includes 60 restaurants in the area and can be visited until Sunday 2 April<\/strong><\/p>\n

La Mostra de Cuina de Mallorca 2023<\/a> is a project of Restauraci\u00f3 Mallorca Caeb that consists of the creation of several gastronomic routes around four areas of the island of Mallorca to promote the restaurant sector and the consumption of local products. Each route lasts four days – from Thursday to Sunday – and will be held between 6 March and 2 April.<\/p>\n

The president of the Consell de Mallorca, Catalina Cladera, said that “the Mostra promotes Mallorca as a gastronomic and quality tourist destination all year round”. For Cladera, the economic activity it generates strengthens the restaurant industry and local producers. “It also highlights the value of local produce and our chefs, and helps to warm up the engines in preparation for the start of the season on the eve of Easter<\/strong><\/a>,” he explained.<\/p>\n

Pla i Raiguer Route<\/h2>\n

More than 60 restaurants are taking part in the Pla i Raiguer Route of the Mostra de Cuina de Mallorca from Thursday 30 March to Sunday 2 April. The route includes the municipalities of Santa Eug\u00e8nia, Algaida, Sencelles, Montu\u00efri, Lloret, Costitx, Sant Joan, Sineu, Llub\u00ed, Maria, Ariany, Petra, Vilafranca, Porreres, Alar\u00f3, Binissalem, B\u00fager, Campanet, Consell, Lloseta, Inca, Mancor de la Vall, Marratx\u00ed, Santa Maria del Cam\u00ed and Selva.<\/p>\n

Registration open to all restaurants in Mallorca<\/h2>\n

Participation in the Mostra de Cuina de Mallorca is open to all restaurants on Mallorca<\/strong>. The deadline for registration is the Friday before the start of each route, depending on the route to which they belong. The cost is \u20ac70 including VAT, which must be paid using the form on the website.<\/p>\n
