The Municipal Sports Institute (IME) of Palma City Council has been organising Nordic walking since the 27th of May, with the aim of encouraging physical activity while enjoying the summer afternoons. The sports days are designed for both beginners and professionals. This Friday 26th will be the last day of Nordic Walking in the cool of this month of August. The last walk of the month will take place in Playa de Palma and Es Carnatge. It is the so-called Sant Joan de Deu Route 5, from where the walk will start at 19:30. The meeting point will be in front of the hospital. The route is published in the Nordic Walk a la fresca 2022 programme.<\/p>\n

During the month of September you can enjoy the last Nordic walking days that the IME has programmed for this 2022.<\/p>\n

Days: 2 and 9 September<\/p>\n

Time: 19 h<\/p>\n

Meeting point: beach next to the Yacht Club<\/p>\n

Route 7 Playa de Palma<\/h3>\n

Days: 16 and 23 September<\/p>\n

Time: 19 h<\/p>\n

Meeting point: Palma Aquarium car park<\/p>\n

Route 8 Son Gual<\/h3>\n

Day: 30th September<\/p>\n

Time: 19 h<\/p>\n

Meeting point: Carrer de Vallgornera street<\/p>\n

Time: from 19:30 to 21:00.<\/p>\n

Location: Palma<\/p>\n
