The interurban bus service modifies the schedules on some of its lines from January in order to favor the connection with the train and the subway and to facilitate the access of workers to their jobs and of students to the UIB . <\/span><\/p>\n

The lines of Cala Millor (401), Sineu (402) or Porreres \/ Algaida (403), among others, advance the first departures on weekdays. With these changes in their first expeditions, travelers going to the UIB improve their hourly connection with the metro at the Son Costa – Son Fortesa station from the Arag\u00f3 – Can Capes bus stop. This stop, which came into operation last September, will also be a new stop for the Port de Pollen\u00e7a (301) and Can Picafort (302) lines from January. <\/span><\/p>\n

In addition, with the aim of improving train connections at Sineu station, the Ariany-Maria (441) and Sant Joan (442) lines modify their schedules in order to reduce the transfer time between the bus and the train. New connections are also established with line 402 (Sineu-Palma) at the Sineu station stop. Other lines that also change their schedule as of January 1 are 104 Magaluf – Palma, 105 Sol de Mallorca – Palma, 107 Es Capdell\u00e0 – Palma, 122 Puerto de Andratx – Sant Pon\u00e7a, 123 Santa Pon\u00e7a – Cas Catal\u00e0, 201 Galilea – Palma, 322 Can Picafort – Pollen\u00e7a, 411 Cala Rajada – Manacor, 412 Cala Bona – Manacor, 501 Manacor – Campos – Palma, 512 Portocolom – Felanitx. <\/span><\/p>\n

Likewise, lines 511 and 514 merge into L514 Cala d’Or – Felanitx – Porreres and the service is expanded with new expeditions. It should be remembered that the residents of Mallorca can travel with all the lines of the TIB network with the Intermodal Card, the wallet card that works with a point system that makes the price of the ticket cheaper as you travel. <\/span><\/p>\n

People who do not have an Intermodal Card can travel with the bank card. Whether it is debit or credit, it allows you to move around the entire TIB network (train, bus and metro) without having to buy any prior ticket and is a cheaper option than buying the single ticket from the driver. <\/span><\/p>\n
