This distinctive, awarded by the Institute for Spanish Tourism Quality, confirms compliance with risk prevention requirements through an audit. For this reason, the beaches of <strong>Cala Major, Ciutat Jard\u00ed, Can Pere Antoni, Cala Est\u00e0ncia and Platja de Palma<\/strong> are considered safe destinations for all users.<\/p>\n<p>To show this certification, the city council has raised the flag with the distinction &#8220;Safe Tourism&#8221; in the five beaches, something that <strong>happens for the first time<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The safety certification recognizes compliance with the UNE ISO \/ PAS 5643: 202 standard. This establishes the requirements and recommendations to prevent the spread of the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus. This has made it possible to satisfactorily address situations with a capacity close to the maximum allowed, <strong>especially on Cala Major beach<\/strong>.
