With a starting price of \u20ac 10,900,000, 1,228 m2, nine rooms and a privileged location, on the seafront and with direct private access to the beach, it has aroused the interest of thousands of Spaniards.<\/p>\n<p>The house also enjoys panoramic views of the bay of Palma and the island of Sa Porrasa and has 5 floors with terraces in each room that are communicated by elevator. A swimming pool, 14 bathrooms and several indoor and outdoor parking spaces complete the characteristics and equipment of the property, located on a 1,430 m2 plot.<\/p>\n<h2>More luxury homes<\/h2>\n<p>The rest of the most visited homes are distributed in several communities. Madrid occupies the first, second and fourth place in the ranking with a penthouse on Gran V\u00eda valued at 2.9 million euros, a luxury apartment in the Serrano area of \u200b\u200b1.8 million euros and a villa in La Moraleja of 3 ,4 millions.
