Sarmiento trains sportsmen and celebrities. She currently lives in Europe. She organizes workshops, retreats and mass meditations where this discipline is on the rise.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The HOLI YOGA\u00ae programme is based on practicing just a few minutes a day of meditation, conscious breathing, body exercise and gratitude.
