More and more people are choosing\u00a0outdoor settings to stay fit and lead a\u00a0healthy life.\u00a0Paseo Mar\u00edtimo, Es Portitxol, Ciudad\u00a0Jard\u00edn, Bellver and Sa Riera parks\u2026\u00a0These are some of the new outdoor\u00a0\u2018gyms\u2019 that have got more members\u00a0in recent months. Playing sports\u00a0outdoors was a trend before the virus\u00a0arrived, but the change in habits and\u00a0the search for open spaces, which\u00a0in these times seem to offer greater\u00a0security, has consolidated this practice.<\/p>\n

Now the traditional walk or the half\u00a0hour of cardio coexists with much\u00a0more professional exercises. \u201cThe\u00a0diversity offered by the surroundings\u00a0of the city of Palma allows you to\u00a0organize any type of training: zumba,\u00a0yoga, Pilates, crosstraining, group\u00a0training, personal training, preparation\u00a0for public examinations…\u201d. This is how\u00a0Jonathan Miguel, the professional\u00a0coach of many of those who seek to\u00a0get in shape on the streets of Palma,\u00a0lives it.<\/p>\n

This outdoor sport practice\u00a0is chosen by \u201cpeople who are\u00a0demanding with themselves who seek\u00a0a moment of disconnection from daily\u00a0stress in training\u201d, says Miguel.
