In addition to offering a 5-star Grand Luxury service, the goal &#8220;has been from the beginning to <strong>make the client feel at home<\/strong>, hence the Grand House concept&#8221;, explains its managing director, Julio Mart\u00edn.<\/p>\n<p>The hotel was the first in the center of Palma to reopen its doors and one of the first in Mallorca. \u201cOur 5-star Grand Luxury category had us accustomed to maintaining high standards in terms of distance measures to <strong>guarantee the privacy and tranquility of our guests<\/strong>; and also when it comes to cleaning, since, for example, we have always cleaned the rooms with ozone after each client stay.
