Great expectation at the launch of The XO Residences Palma, a project by the exclusive firm XOJAY. Nearly two hundred guests attended the symbolic act of laying the first stone of the project, which begins to be built this first quarter of 2020.<\/p>\n

Chris Bauer, director of XOJAY, and Andreu Cresp\u00ed, architect of CMV Architects, have placed a chest on the land with the local newspapers of the day (\u00daltima Hora, Diario de Mallorca, Mallorca Zeitung and Majorca Daily Bulletin), as a symbol of the first stone of the project The XO Residences Palma and to record for posterity the social context in which the building of The Xo Residences Palma was created. Homes of the future in one of the most promising locations in the city, Nou Llevant.<\/p>\n

During the event, a 3D video mapping was projected with the projection of the project that captured the attention of all the attendees. In addition, a XOJAY photocall was prepared where the more than one hundred attendees were portrayed with XOJAY’s corporate image.<\/p>\n

The reinforcement of the values of The XO Residences Palma has focused the organization of the event: beauty and sustainability. Presented by Irene Viseras, from the Marketing Department of Mallorca Caprice, and Chris Bauer, from XOJAY, after the screening there was a toast to this new project.<\/p>\n

The XO Residences Palma is no longer the future, it is the present in Palma.<\/p>\n\n\t\t
