The event will finish at 16:00.

This third edition expands the range of leisure activities for older people in Alcúdia and offers an opportunity to enjoy a day of dancing and socialising with participants from other towns and villages across Mallorca.

Line dancing as an activity to encourage active ageing

Line dancing combines music, movement and coordination, making it a suitable form of physical exercise for older people. As a group activity, it also encourages social interaction and participation in shared experiences.

Through this initiative, the Consell de Mallorca aims to strengthen ties between associations for older people and promote active lifestyles.
