The Open race will begin at <strong>9:30<\/strong>, the children&#8217;s races will take place between 10:40 and 11:05, and the charity walk will start at <strong>11:30<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Online registration will remain open <strong>until Tuesday 20 October at 23:59<\/strong>. Participants will then be able to register in person on the dates and at the locations specified by the organisers.<\/p>\n<h2>Mallorca March Against Cancer 2026: race times and routes<\/h2>\n<p>The event will feature three categories, all starting and finishing on avinguda d&#8217;Antoni Maura:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Open race (8 km):<\/strong> starts at <strong>9:30<\/strong>. Two laps of the urban circuit through central Palma. Participants must turn at least 15 during 2026.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Children&#8217;s races:<\/strong> non-competitive events starting at <strong>10:40<\/strong>, with distances adapted to each age group.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Charity walk (4 km):<\/strong> starts at <strong>11:30<\/strong>. Those aged 13 and 14 must pay the standard charity walk registration fee and may also choose to take part in the children&#8217;s race.<\/p>\n<p>Thanks to support from the <strong>Consell de Mallorca<\/strong>, participants aged 12 and under will receive a commemorative T-shirt and medal, subject to availability, with 1,500 sets available.<\/p>\n<h2>Entry fees and registration for the charity event<\/h2>\n<p>From 13 October, registration fees are as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>8 km Open race:<\/strong> \u20ac24, plus a \u20ac0.50 administration fee.<\/li>\n<li><strong>4 km charity walk:<\/strong> \u20ac12, plus a \u20ac0.50 administration fee, for participants aged 13 and over.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Children&#8217;s races for ages 12 and under:<\/strong> free.<\/li>\n<li><strong>People with disabilities:<\/strong> free registration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Registration includes a commemorative T-shirt while stocks last. The organisers have <strong>3,000 adult T-shirts<\/strong> available, regardless of the event chosen.<\/p>\n<h3>Where and when can you register?<\/h3>\n<p>Online registration is available <strong>until Tuesday 20 October at 23:59<\/strong> through the Elitechip platform.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.elitechip.net\/index.php?zwshow=compdet&amp;idcomp=7566108&amp;zwlng=ca\"><strong>Register for Mallorca March Against Cancer 2026<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>In-person registration will also be available:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>From 21 to 24 October:<\/strong> from 10:00 to 19:00 at the Spanish Association Against Cancer&#8217;s Balearic Islands headquarters, located at <strong>carrer de Sim\u00f3 Ballester, 9, Palma<\/strong>, for the Open race and charity walk.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sunday 25 October:<\/strong> from 10:15 to 11:15 at the start and finish area, exclusively for the charity walk.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Race bib and T-shirt collection<\/h2>\n<p>Participants can collect their race bibs and T-shirts <strong>from Wednesday 21 to Saturday 24 October<\/strong>, between 10:00 and 19:00, at the Spanish Association Against Cancer&#8217;s headquarters in Palma.<\/p>\n<p>Race bibs can also be collected on Sunday 25 October, near the start and finish line, at the following times:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Open race:<\/strong> from 8:00 to 9:00.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Children&#8217;s races:<\/strong> from 9:30 to 10:15.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Charity walk:<\/strong> from 10:15 to 11:15.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Participants must present their registration confirmation and an official form of identification, such as a national identity card, passport or driving licence, to collect their race bib.<\/p>\n<p>The organisers will provide refreshments at the end of each event and, for the Open race, at the start of the second lap.
