Palma<\/strong> will launch Cuines del M\u00f3n 2026 (Cuisines of the World 2026)<\/strong> from 1 to 15 October<\/strong>, a new food trail<\/strong> offering the chance to try dishes from different countries at 45 restaurants<\/strong>, all with a special menu<\/strong> at a fixed price of \u20ac25 per person<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The first edition will cover 23 neighbourhoods<\/strong> in Palma and bring together 26 different culinary traditions<\/strong>, ranging from Mexican, Peruvian and Colombian to Japanese, Vietnamese, Indian, Italian, Turkish and Moroccan cuisine. The initiative is organised by the Federaci\u00f3 Empresarial de Restauraci\u00f3 de les Illes Balears (FERIB, Balearic Islands Restaurant Business Federation)<\/strong>, with the support of Palma City Council<\/strong> and PalmaActiva<\/strong> and the collaboration of various organisations from the sector.<\/p>\n

How Cuines del M\u00f3n 2026 in Palma works<\/h2>\n

Taking part in the trail does not require registration or the purchase of tickets. Visitors can plan their own route between the participating establishments:<\/p>\n

  1. Browse the restaurants.<\/strong> The Cuines del M\u00f3n website lists all the participating establishments, with information on the type of cuisine, the menu they offer and their location.<\/li>\n
  2. Choose your destination.<\/strong> The trail is designed so that visitors can go to one or several restaurants and try different cuisines over the 15 days.<\/li>\n
  3. Book a table.<\/strong> Booking is not essential at every establishment, but advance reservations are recommended, especially at weekends. Each listing includes a contact telephone number.<\/li>\n
  4. Order the Cuines del M\u00f3n menu.<\/strong> On arrival at the restaurant, diners should ask for the special menu offered as part of the trail. The price is \u20ac25 per person, including VAT<\/strong>, and drinks are not included. Menus will be available for lunch, dinner or both, depending on the establishment.<\/li>\n
  5. Share the experience.<\/strong> The organisers encourage participants to post photos from the trail on social media and tag Cuines del M\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The participating establishments are spread across 23 neighbourhoods in Palma, including Pere Garau, Foners, Santa Catalina, El Terreno, Can Pastilla, Es Coll d’en Rabassa, Camp Red\u00f3, s’Aranjassa, Cala Major, Cas Capiscol, Portop\u00ed, sa Llotja, Sant Agust\u00ed, s’Arenal and Son Armadans<\/strong>, among others.<\/p>\n
