The campaign will take place on <strong>17, 18 and 19 September<\/strong>, with <strong>free roaming activities<\/strong> both in the city centre and other neighbourhoods.<\/p>\n<p>Organised by <strong>PalmaActiva and PIMECO<\/strong>, <strong><em>Viu Palma. La Ciutat de les Compres (Live Palma. The Shopping City)<\/em><\/strong> aims to encourage people to shop at <strong>local businesses<\/strong>. It also offers more options for anyone looking for things to do in Palma from 17 to 19 September, with performances to discover while exploring different shopping areas.<\/p>\n<p>The campaign also joins this week&#8217;s calendar of events in Palma. Its programme offers a variety of things to do in the city without having to visit a specific venue, as all the performances will move through the streets.<\/p>\n<p>The councillor for Commerce, Restaurants and the Self-Employed and president of PalmaActiva, <strong>Lupe Ferrer<\/strong>, highlighted that the initiative combines shopping, culture and entertainment. The aim is to encourage residents to explore the city&#8217;s neighbourhoods and support local businesses.<\/p>\n<p>PIMECO president <strong>Carolina Domingo<\/strong>, meanwhile, said that <em>Viu Palma<\/em> aims to revitalise the city&#8217;s different shopping areas.
