Mallorca<\/strong> holds a prominent position among Spain’s most exclusive residential markets<\/strong>. Three of the ten most expensive streets in Spain<\/strong> to buy a home are on the island. The top spot<\/strong> also goes to Cam\u00ed des Salinar, in Andratx<\/strong>, according to a study published by property portal Idealista<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

Owners of homes advertised on this street are asking for an average of \u20ac15 million<\/strong>. This puts Cam\u00ed des Salinar well ahead of the other addresses analysed.<\/p>\n

Mallorca also appears in fourth and sixth<\/strong> place in the ranking. Both streets are in Palma. Carrer Mossa<\/strong> has an average asking price of \u20ac9.8 million, while Carrer Binicaubell<\/strong> reaches \u20ac7.9 million.<\/p>\n

Andratx tops the ranking of Spain’s most expensive streets<\/h2>\n

With an average price of \u20ac15 million<\/strong>, Cam\u00ed des Salinar makes Andratx the municipality with the most exclusive address in the study. The difference compared with second place is \u20ac4 million<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Second place goes to Paseo de los Lagos, in Pozuelo de Alarc\u00f3n (Madrid), with an average of \u20ac11 million. The Coto Zagaleta development, in Benahav\u00eds (M\u00e1laga), ranks third at \u20ac10.5 million.<\/p>\n

Mallorca appears again immediately afterwards. Carrer Mossa, in Palma, ranks fourth with an average price of \u20ac9.8 million<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Two Palma streets among Spain’s top six<\/h2>\n

Mallorca’s presence in the ranking is completed by Carrer Binicaubell. This Palma street occupies sixth place in Spain<\/strong>, with homes advertised for an average of \u20ac7.9 million.<\/p>\n

This means that three of the top six positions in the ranking are in Mallorca<\/strong>. The island shares the spotlight in the top 10 with Madrid and M\u00e1laga.<\/p>\n

The full ranking includes four addresses in Madrid. Alongside Paseo de los Lagos are Paseo del Conde de los Gaitanes, Serrano and Jos\u00e9 Ortega y Gasset. M\u00e1laga is represented by Coto Zagaleta, Osa Menor and the Cascada de Camoj\u00e1n development.<\/p>\n
