The Mallorcan side defeated the two-time European champions 3-0 thanks to goals from Zito Luvumbo, Jan Virgili and Antonio Ra\u00edllo, securing the 48th Trofeu Ciutat de Palma \u2013 150 Aniversari Estrella Damm.<\/strong><\/p>\n

RCD Mallorca recorded an emphatic victory over Paris Saint-Germain to win the 48th Trofeu Ciutat de Palma \u2013 150 Aniversari Estrella Damm. Luis Garc\u00eda\u2019s team defeated the Parisian side 3-0 in a match marked by their intensity, attacking efficiency and defensive solidity.<\/p>\n

Zito Luvumbo opened the scoring in the first half, Jan Virgili doubled Mallorca\u2019s advantage before the break and Antonio Ra\u00edllo sealed the victory shortly after the start of the second half.<\/p>\n

A fearless Mallorca from the opening whistle<\/h2>\n

Luis Garc\u00eda\u2019s starting line-up featured Arnau Tenas in goal; Miguel Calatayud, Martin Valjent, Antonio Ra\u00edllo and Toni Lato in defence; Sergi Darder, Manu Morlanes and Pablo Torre in midfield; and Jan Virgili, Zito Luvumbo and Adri\u00e1n Fuentes in attack.<\/p>\n

Mallorca attempted to impose their tempo from the opening minutes, although PSG registered the first shot on target. The home side responded in the eighth minute with a combination between Calatayud and Luvumbo that ended in the hands of Matvey Safonov.<\/p>\n

Three minutes later, Luvumbo threatened again with a cross from the right wing, but Pablo Torre was unable to finish accurately.<\/p>\n

The French side had one of their best opportunities in the 20th minute. Ibrahim Mbaye beat Toni Lato and struck the crossbar, but Mallorca responded immediately.<\/p>\n

Luvumbo and Virgili put Mallorca in control<\/h2>\n

In the 21st minute, Jan Virgili found Zito Luvumbo, who controlled the ball before finishing with a low shot inside the post to give Mallorca the lead.<\/p>\n

PSG attempted to respond through Senny Mayulu, but Arnau Tenas prevented the equaliser. Mallorca maintained their ambition and continued to threaten the Parisian goal.<\/p>\n

Their reward arrived in the 40th minute. Sergi Darder picked out Jan Virgili, who produced a composed finish past Safonov to make it 2-0.<\/p>\n

Before half-time, Adri\u00e1n Fuentes had another clear opportunity against the PSG goalkeeper but was unable to convert it.<\/p>\n

Ra\u00edllo seals the Trofeu Ciutat de Palma<\/h2>\n

Luis Garc\u00eda made several changes at half-time, introducing Soumahoro, Antonio S\u00e1nchez, \u00c1lex Sala and Antoniu Roca.<\/p>\n

Mallorca did not take long to extend their advantage. In the 51st minute, Antonio Ra\u00edllo scored the third goal of the match, effectively putting the Trofeu Ciutat de Palma beyond PSG\u2019s reach.<\/p>\n

Pichu Cu\u00e9llar, Mateu Jaume, Abd\u00f3n Prats, Marc Domenech, Luis Orejuela, David L\u00f3pez and Jandro Garc\u00eda also featured during the second half.<\/p>\n

The Mallorcan side managed their advantage comfortably until the final whistle and kept a clean sheet against one of European football\u2019s leading clubs.<\/p>\n

Winners of the 48th Trofeu Ciutat de Palma<\/h2>\n

With this victory, RCD Mallorca were crowned champions of the 48th Trofeu Ciutat de Palma \u2013 150 Aniversari Estrella Damm.<\/p>\n

Before kick-off, the first-team players were officially presented to the Mallorca supporters.<\/p>\n

The emphatic triumph over Paris Saint-Germain provided one of the standout moments of Mallorca\u2019s pre-season and allowed the team to lift the trophy in front of their home crowd.<\/p>\n
